The Nitecore EDC23 rechargeable everyday-carry flashlight pairs regular task-lighting levels with a press-and-hold Turbo for brief checks at a distance. Turbo produces up to 2,500 lumens with a maximum rated beam distance of 280 m. It is a temporary burst mode, with temperature regulation reducing output as needed.

For longer use, Mid is laboratory-rated at 200 lumens for 3 hours 45 minutes, while Low is rated at 65 lumens for 11 hours. These ratings help compare settings; actual brightness and runtime depend on conditions.
